Oral Presentation Upload Guideline
1. Presentation Time
Length of presentation material should be in accordance with your time assigned as follows;
- Keynote Presentation: 40 min. including Q&A
- Invited Presentation: 30 min. including Q&A
- Oral Presentation: 20 min. including Q&A
2. Presentation Method & File

| Option 2) | Off-line Presentation ; Presentation File - Presentation File Ratio : 4:3 size - File Format : PDF |
| Option 3) | Pre-recorded (On-demand) ; Presentation File + Re-recorded Video File - This is ONLY for foreigner who have difficulty in live streaming due to time difference. - Presentation File Format : PDF (16:9 size) - Pre-recorded Video File Format : .mp4 (16:9 size) - Screen Resolution : 720p * Maximum Video File Size: 1GB |
3. Presenters should upload the presentation file directly on online system.

Poster Presentation Upload Guideline
1. We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the abstract title, authors, affiliation, and paper number.
2. Presentation File
- If you choose Option 1), you need to upload the Online Poster (PDF Format) and Presentation Video file (MP4 Format).
- If you choose Option 2), you need to upload the Online Poster (PDF Format) and Description file (PDF Format).
- If you choose Option 2), you need to upload the Online Poster (PDF Format) and Description file (PDF Format).
