Abstract Submission  

How to submit?

  • STEP 1
    Sign up or log into the online system
  • STEP 2
    Select a topic to present your abstract
  • STEP 3
    Fill out author information
  • STEP 4
    Fill out abstract contents in the system and click the save button
  • STEP 5
    After the paper submission, corresponding author will receive the confirmation letter within a week by e-mail.

Submission Guideline

You are required to submit abstract via On-line Abstract Submission System. Please input your abstract into the system directly.
Abstract should be written a minimum of 200 words (with space).
Before the submission, please select your preferred type of your presentation (Oral or Poster).
The accepted presentation and type will be notified after review process accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTE

At least, one author of each accepted abstracts must complete his/her full day registration and pay the registration fee; otherwise the abstracts will be withdrawn from the final program and the proceedings publication.

Notification of Acceptance

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting (submitting) authors from March 16, 2020
By November 27, 2020
** Notification of acceptance will be sent by email within one month after submission

If your abstract is accepted, please be sure to register from May 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020 From November 16 to December 18, 2020 If you register late, your abstract may not be included in the Conference Abstract Book.
